However, during our discovery meeting, we uncovered a critical insight: while their bookings were strong, their amenities and wedding venue were significantly underutilised and lacked visibility. This imbalance meant that potential revenue streams were being overlooked, limiting the resort’s full potential.

To address this, we shifted our strategy to highlight Swarga Suites’ amenities and stunning wedding venues. We created a dynamic, single-take FPV drone fly-through video that showcased these areas in an exciting light.

Recognising TikTok’s unique audience behaviour, we paired this with a high-engagement, live-action BTS video. This approach maximised engagement and set the stage for the main commercial.
